Booking Terms and Conditions

Regular Lessons

Regular lessons can be booked via email and can be scheduled one month in advance.
Invoices are sent around the 15th of each month, with payment due by the 1st of the following month.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or card, and other currencies may be accepted by prior agreement.
Please note that lesson slots are only secured once payment has been received. If payment is not made by the due date, your reserved times may be released to other students.

One-Off Lessons

One-off lessons can be booked directly through the website and must be paid for by card at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance via email at phil@developingmaths.co.uk.
No lessons will take place until payment has been received.

Punctuality

​

If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be cancelled, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
If you know you’ll be late, please email phil@developingmaths.co.uk as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, extra time cannot be added to the end of the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, 48 hours’ notice is required.
With sufficient notice, the lesson can be rescheduled free of charge, though refunds are not available.
